Bookstore Registration
Take the hassle out of placing orders by registering! Complete a one-time registration in the bookstore. All information you submit will be kept confidential, as stated in the privacy policy.

You’re welcome to place an order without registering, but filling out the registration form will make the checkout process quick every time—you’ll only have to give us your contact information once, instead of every time you order. Registering also gives you access to the wish-list feature. Use the wish list to keep track of items you’d like to buy in the future—or have someone buy for you!

We recommend that your password be at least five characters long and different from your username. Please provide a valid e-mail address so we can send you order notifications.

Commenting
Pull up a chair and be a part of the conversation in the Conversation Café!

When you post a comment in the Conversation Café, you’ll need to provide your name and e-mail address. Your e-mail address will not be publicly displayed, but you can allow readers to contact you through an e-mail form by checking the “allow message form” box.

As part of the effort to control spam, you’ll also be asked to retype two code words so we know you’re a real person. Don’t fret over getting it wrong. It will give you a new set of characters to retype if you guess wrong about characters that are hard to distinguish.

If you choose to check the “remember me” box, you won’t have to retype your name, e-mail address, and URL next time you visit from the same computer.

Here’s where you can comment:

• Featured Columns. Turn the columns into a conversations by sharing your thoughts on what the columnists are saying. Click “comments” or “leave a comment” at the bottom of any of the columns to join the conversation.
• Express Yourself. Enjoy the opportunity each week to comment on a different topic/issue and interact with other participants. Click “This Week” to view the current question, and leave a comment at the bottom of that page. Past questions are closed for commenting. A direct link to the current week is available on the homepage.
• Talk about Books. Share what you are reading—what you are learning, whether you recommend the book, how it’s influenced you. Interact with others about great (or not so great) books. Click “comments” at the bottom of the page to join the conversation.
• Selected Reviews. If you’ve read one of the books reviewed in this section, add your comments. Click “comments” at the bottom of the page to join the conversation.
• Bookstore Reviews. Have you read a book in the bookstore? Add a review at the bottom of that book’s listing in the bookstore.
