The place of my birth is only blocks from where I now ship your packages. I was raised in the Friends church here in Newberg and have countless extended family members here. I moved away for only a few years to Germany (Bible school), California (as Christian camping staff), and Tulsa (Bible school again) before returning. I live in Dundee now with my husband, Mike, and our blended family (Claude, 17; Mikey, 16; Emma, 15; Cory, 14; and Haley, 12). We live in a friendly neighborhood, and our home is a busy place with our children, their friends, and our cats coming and going. My life's focus at this point is raising our children. This is my most challenging task. I have worked part time here at Barclay Press since 1999 (Haley called it “Broccoli” Press back then). Baking/cooking, card-making, and sewing are my choices of relaxing pastimes.
