Yes!! Ever since I was a child, being outside has brought me closer to the divine. When I am outside I find my hope renewed seeing how God takes care of his creation, and how unique and special each creature and living thing is to him.

I can't tell you how often I have been inspired and heard God's voice while enjoying the great outdoors. His message is displayed everywhere in vast creation! My children and I have discovered how God's imagination explodes throughout the universe through nature hikes. We have learned how He is the inventor of all things such as those that snap apart to items that naturally stick, intricate patterns and so on. Just as Ecclesiastes says, "There is nothing new under the sun." Lessons are devoloped in character through watching the worker insects and birds. We can see how provision is displayed, and how the master artist creates the most beautiful colors ever known to man.
I remember a particular moment early one morning when God revealed a poem of worship while glancing up through langly outstretched trees and hearing the bird song rejoice through the refreshing breezes.
Being outdoors awakens the senses to life, and renews the soul with in if you will allow our Holy Lord to reveal
hidden messages within his nature.
