My wife and I live Dundee and participate in the life of Newberg (Oregon) Friends Church. I served as lead pastor of several local churches and most recently worked as the executive director of a private, nonprofit social service agency serving low-income individuals. The agency operated three homeless shelters, a large food bank, and a drop-in youth center, and administered the federal energy-assistance and weatherization services.
My wife, Sheila, has put up with me for more than 35 years and serves as the admission counselor for George Fox Evangelical Seminary. Being Oregon natives, we thoroughly love the Northwest and love every opportunity we've had to drag our RV to a new location for fresh exploration and relaxation. We also cherish each trip we've been privileged to make to visit and help missionary friends overseas.
