Curt Ankeny

My wife, Kris, and I have lived in Clayton, Ohio, since the summer of 2004. Our daughter, Ariana, and her husband, Justin, live in Florence, Kentucky. Ariana teaches high school English in the local school district and Justin is an attorney in Cincinnati. Our son, Jordan, lives in Indianapolis. Kris and I have been married 32 years and we welcomed a grandson into our family on June 29, Henry Atticus Newman, and we are thoroughly enjoying being grandparents.
We are native Oregonians but we have lived in Midwest for the past 22 years—11 years in Iowa, eight years in Indiana, and now in Ohio. Although we faithfully attended a Friends church as we moved across the Midwest, since our move to Ohio we have been fellowshipping with a nearby Church of the Brethren congregation.
